Each life experience good or bad I view as a learning moment. My educational timeline project took a critical lens to my educational history. Key events were discussed and reflected upon to explore the impacts past events may have had on who I am today. Each person has a unique history with different experiences that influence them in unique ways. Even bad experiences like abuse, can’t be changed, but by adapting a perspective around growing, such situations can be reflected upon and can become part of who we are. I once heard someone say, life is 10% what happens to us and 90% how we react to it. Self reflection and introspection are the key to unlocking our true potential.
